Terms of Service

1. Overview

GetDropGo connects customers ("Users") with verified independent contractors ("Drivers" or "Contractors") who perform pickup and delivery of small and large items. GetDropGo acts as a technology platform — we are not a transportation carrier or broker.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to agree to these terms
• Provide accurate registration details
• Use the App only for lawful purposes

Contractors must meet background, insurance, and vehicle standards as defined by GetDropGo's onboarding policy.

3. Services Description

• Customers may post delivery requests for items of any size
• Contractors may accept assigned jobs from the admin dashboard
• All assignments are manually approved and managed by GetDropGo staff
• GetDropGo does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or timing of delivery

4. Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers and may be held in escrow until job completion
• Customers agree to pay the posted delivery fee
• Contractors receive payments after successful completion, less any applicable service fees
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop-off addresses and item descriptions
• Ensure items are safe and legal for transport
• Treat all Contractors and staff respectfully
• Contractors must handle items with care and complete jobs honestly

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Misuse or attempt to hack the App
• Post fraudulent or illegal requests
• Use the App to transport prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, drugs, hazardous materials)
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Disclaimers

GetDropGo provides the App "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery times, or outcomes. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by Contractors, third parties, or system errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetDropGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in abusive or unsafe behavior

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
